Join a Circle ⭕️
a practice of living love
Circling has been the most transformative practice of my life. More than any book, any modality, any conversation, any other self-care — sitting in circle has illuminated parts of me I didn’t know existed, challenged me in ways I couldn’t have anticipated, and expanded my capacity to be with myself and others in ways I’m still discovering. I am honored and genuinely changed every single time I circle. It never gets old. It never stops surprising me.
For those who are new here — a reflection circle is not a therapy group, not a workshop, and not a space where anyone will tell you what to do or who to be. It is something rarer than that. It’s a space where you get to arrive exactly as you are, with your preferences, your predicaments, your questions, your grief, your aliveness — and simply get present with your life as it actually is right now. We reflect together on what’s being asked of us in this season. What wants to shed. What’s trying to grow. What we’ve been too busy or too afraid to look at.
We learn how to open our hearts to each other. How to listen. How to consciously engage in non-violent communication. No one gives advice. No one judges your story. We witness, we care, and we alchemize together. That’s it. And somehow, that’s everything.
I’m coming to you today with a few offerings as we move into Spring. I have one new online evening Heart Circle container opening up before I take a pause for the season and return in Fall. Spots are intimate and limited, as always. I’m also offering a Book Circle for those who want to go deep through the portal of shared reading, and an in-person Song Circle here in Nashville for those who want to let their voice be part of the medicine.
More details on each below. I’d love to have you.
